What are my shipping options?
We offer standard shipping worldwide. The shipping price will depend on how you are in the market, at some point it may be that the shipping is FREE.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our shipping times are as follows.
For Puerto Rico and USA: You should receive your order within 2-5 days after placing it. (This will depend on the Postal Service).
We use USPS as a shipping method.
For any other location: You must receive your order within 3-6 weeks of placing it. The wide range is due to different customs clearance policies in different countries.
Most of our customers receive their orders within 2 weeks!
We are a small, independent company, so these are guidelines, not hard and fast rules. Just contact us if you need an update on your order's estimated arrival time

What is the exchange policy of this store?
Unfortunately, during this pandemic, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Â
We HIGHLY recommend looking at the sizing guidelines in the product description before purchasing.
My order has not arrived yet, what do I do?
If you are beyond the estimated shipping times since you placed your order, simply email us your order number at  bloommakeupandmore@outlook.com, and we will start checking as soon as possible.
What if there is a problem with my order?
